Beach Villa
Beach Villa, 11 Beeston Road is situated not far from our first property, but is even closer to the sea being a mere 150 yard walk to the promenade. It is also handily placed for the high street only a couple of hundred yards away.

Beach Villa is another traditional Norfolk flint property and our holiday apartment consists of the ground floor and extremely good sized garden plus a parking space for one large or two small cars. The apartment has recently undergone a major refit in order to bring it up to our desired standard. Included in the improvement work, was a brand new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, new dining room plus complete redecoration and new furniture for both the living room and the two bedrooms.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two singles), large living room, open plan kitchen/dining room and family bathroom. In addition the garden is a major asset with a nice sized sun patio along with a good sized remaining area of grass for games etc. The garden is predominantly south facing and gets the sun all day.
The apartment has been kitted out to a similar high standard as our other property with TV, DVD/Video player (including DVD's/Videos for both adults and children), CD/Radio player, adult and children's games etc - in fact everything to make your holiday both enjoyable and relaxing.
As with Lyndhurst, we have especially geared the property to families with the facilities we provide however it could be equally good for golfers, walkers or fishermen (an especially large and useful cupboard is available in the entrance corridor for storing any necessary sporting equipment). The property is ideal for 2 to 4 people.
